Shipping
Australia-wide shipping is available via Australia Post.
A confirmation will be sent to the nominated email address that you enter at checkout. We aim to process orders within 2 full business days and have items delivered to you as follows:
- Standard Shipping: 3-8 Business Days $10.00
- Express Shipping: 1-4 Business Days $15.00
- FREE Standard Shipping for orders over $125
Returns
While we hope you love your new Cultiva pieces, we understand that things don’t always go to plan.
Eligibility Window
We are happy to issue exchanges or refunds on all undamaged and unworn items. The item must be sent back in its original packaging and condition with all tags attached.
Items must be received by us within 30 days from the date your order was initially placed.
Please note that return postage must be paid by the customer.
Items not eligible for refunds
- All sale items.
- Items purchased with a discount code.
- Items purchased during a promotion.
- Hats.
- Grinders.
- Items from the sample section of the website.
- Items with make-up, tan stains, or pet hair from wear or try-on.
- Item/s that appear worn, smell of perfume, smoke, or body odour.
- Items with tags removed, or items where a removed tag has been attempted to be re-attached.
- Items that have been worn and/or damaged.
Return parcels must have reference to the order name or order number in order for us to identify the order.
Cultiva World Pty Ltd reserves the right to deny a return if items are returned used, soiled, worn or damaged in any way, or have any form of the following on the fabric:
- Perfume or scents.
- Excessive hair.
- Makeup or discolouration.
- Fake tan.
Soiled or damaged items will be returned to the sender, and you will be notified via email if your returned item is not suitable for a refund.
Processing your refund/exchange
If you believe that your purchase qualifies for a return or exchange, email us at shop@cultiva.world and our support team will provide you with next steps. We endeavour to respond to each enquiry within 2 business days. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the purchaser and will not be reimbursed by Cultiva World.

Please be aware that Cultiva World does not take responsibility for any packages that are lost or damaged in transit. We strongly recommend you get a tracking number when returning an item.
